Unless you are doing a bunch of track days, there is something wrong with your car.

You need to talk to the Service Manager, not a rep. I would also get your salesperson involved.

Does this sounds alright to you?? I cant fraking belive this BS!!!!
Is it possible that your lug nuts were nut properly torqued? Or...Was the rotor I stalled out of true? Was the wheel improperly torqued to the hub?

Things I would explore with Lexus.

Having lots of brake dust myself on my IS350 F SPORT, I'll check my brakes myself and go from there, but there's no way in hell I'll be paying for brake pads in a 10k service.
If I were you I'll CALL Lexus customer service, they will call the manager and address the issue. Looks to me, that your dealership is NOT looking out for you!

please post your resolution.

Even if he did drive everywhere with the E-brake on that would only destroy his parking brake shoes not his pads.

Looking at my service records the previous owner did full front and rear brakes, pads and rotors at 20k miles. I'm sure he got hosed.

I have bought used front rotors from Lexus techs who got the old parts. Still had 50% remaining service life on them. Some dealership's have service advisers capable of selling lots of unnecessary parts.

Well, I never posted my solution here hehehe.

Indeed, the front pads were all worn. Looked that the previous owner drove the car with the E-brake engaged all the time. But the rotors were measuring 30mm. I think they need replacement below 28mm.

I was worried and rushed to NAPA and got the pads and rotors from them, (I get a excellent discount with them) and installed the pads using a DIY from here. Still got the factory rotors, that probably is time to replace them but I haven't check.

I stop trusting the dealership after this, and only bring it for recalls.

just put a flash light in there and look at your pads. I have a feeling this is BS. I do track days and got 28k out of my front pads

The stealers are notorious for pulling this con.

I personally don't get my brakes done by them EVER!

Any half competent shop or mechanic can change the rotors or pads on these cars.

Made me laugh when they had mine in for the big 6yr/60k service a few months back. Service advisor mentioned my new rotors and pads!

My tuner did them literally a day before the service!

Was half expecting them to say they needed replacing! Lol.

Servicing will be done by Lexus to keep the service book full of Lexus stamps, minor repairs or replacements will be done elsewhere.

Glad the op got it sorted.

Crooks.

Post a pic of your old pads? No way they can be that worn. 10k miles of track days only?
