Most of the M3 owners on the bimmerforums, etc are always hating on our 8spd transmissions, exhaust tips, etc... its annoying, I agree.

With the whole parking thing, I don't really deal with that where I live, just a lot of people who respect the F and compliment me. It depends on your location.
Many believe (including MotorTrend) the 2012 is making M and AMG quiver...and they should. I also know that neck-to-neck competition is what will make all the cars improve every year.

The F is an M3 chaser and true mauler of Germany's best-in-class cars. The Gatling gun shifts are the silver bullet.

DO IT! Like so many here have already said, it has to be one of the best DDs out there. While there are times I miss having a MT, being able to kick the stick over from paddle to automatic is simply AWESOME with DC traffic.

Everybody who is a true car enthusiast knows the ISF is just as good as the M3 or C63 and each car in this group has something that is unique to itself. As for the BMW forums, most of them are littered with teens and poseurs who don't know a damn thing about cars and really should be ignored. This thread is just as stupid as the idiots that talk trash about your car....
I think someone needs their cranberry juice

The op is still excited about his car and sharing it with us. This is why we all joined the forum. Ease up, lives to short to be bitter dude

My personal experiences while commuting to work...any 335i or M3 simply will not just chill out driving next to me. Without a single exception that I can recall, they gun it at some point. I'm not a racer so I don't take the bait but I have to concur that there is some BMW attitude towards the ISF. But it probably depends more on where you live since everyone here in So Cal is an arrogant ***** regardless of what they're driving lol.
