The wheel looks awesome, I'd agree it's probably one of the best mods you can do to any car (considering the OEM ones aren't nice)

I've done something similar in my current car and I plan to do the same mod to me F (if and when I finally get my hands on it)

Yeah, that's my only minor complaint about this wheel.

I remember seeing pictures of another F owner that took the F emblem from the rear center console and stuck it on his flat bottomed steering wheel. Can't seem to find the thread though.

That was my original plan before I found out that badge is at least 1/4" thick. So to make that badge work you'd have it either sticking out of the face or you'd have to cut out a rectangle of the right depth to insert the badge in.

Yes it matches very well. Take a look at this thread I made showing it right next to the OEM carbon/texalium before the steering wheel was installed.

But wait... I think your F is a 2011? They changed the carbon for 2011 didn't they? With dark borders? Not sure if it would match yours then...

Well, after driving with the new steering wheel for a week, I have nothing but good things to say about it. The steering wheel feels significantly thicker than the OEM wheel at the CF section and at the 4 and 8 0'clock positions. I had to put a leather steering wheel cover on my old OEM wheel just to make it feel thicker (lame!).

The countours at 3 and 9 fit my hand perfectly and together with the flat bottom, make this steering wheel look great. The only thing I need to get used to quickly returning the steering wheel back to center. With my old round OEM steering wheel, I simply let go of the wheel and provide friction to the rim to slow it down. With the flat bottom wheel, I have to do hand-over-hand steering because the rim is not always the same distance from the center. Oh well, small price to pay for such a sweet steering wheel!

Yeah, that depends which year ISF you have. 2011's texalium is a bit darker, so the wheel's color is off. Not too bad, but definitely noticeable. I have the flat bottom white one.
