Bought a House. So no ISF mods for a few Months :(
Guys Just bought a house so my planned Mods will have to slow down a bit for a few Months. I need to focus on Modding the House LOL
Got a great deal on the house. Its a Wells Fargo Forclosure.
Good thing is, now i have a 5 car garage so i can buy more toys

Nice and congrats!
I'm in the same boat...I close escrow today on my new house so the F's mods will have to take a back seat for the next month or so. It's been two long years I've been house shopping so it will be more a RELIEF than anything to finally get the key.
What planned upgrades do you have for your new place? Post up a few pics if you get a chance!

Your story sounds just like mine. Been looking for over 2 years. Put in a ton of offers on a ton of house. But nothing stuck.
We put an offer on this house last week, and didnt even think we had a shot, and then the realtor called and said we got it. crazy feeling after 2 years of being told we didnt get anything.
The House needs a gate and the garage doors need to be repainted. Yard maintence, Appliances. Just all the little things that are going to add up fast.

I need a place to store all my Loot. I dont want the F or anything sitting outside in the elements.LOL
Plus i have been paying on two 14x40 storage units with some other cars in them. So it will be nice to have everything in 1 place

Yeah, short sales are a real PITA. We sat there with offers in on four different short sale homes, while getting the run-around from their listing agents about the sellers lender approval. We FINALLY found a standard sale in the housing community we wanted and snatched that sucker up.

Got it for 396k We wanted something right under 400k.
Garage's are all 36 feet deep.
Yes i will be installing a lift 1st thing
Bad thing about Utah is all the homes have unfinished basements, So this house is 5k Sq feet. But only 3k is finished. And they count the unfinished basement (even though its not liveable) as part of the price
