I got mine at the dealer where i get my car taken care of. Those guys are awesome, they hooked me up and the warranty has already worked twice. Headlamp assembly was replaced under warranty. Condensation in lens.

Just spoke w/Jerry about an after market warranty I bought for a recently purchased 04 LS430. He was very helpful and said that the warranty I purchased was from a reputable company, FIDELTY WARRANTY SERVICES, INC. and that I should not have a problem with the warranty being honored by any LEXUS/TOYOTA dealership. Noteworthy was that Jerry made no effort to bad mouth the warrany I had and push another product. KInd of refreshing to deal with someone with that kind of business ethics.

Just got off the phone with Jerry. He was on vacation for the past week and just got back to work today.

My warranty ends in 2 days and he got me in for another 4 years at an awesome price! can't believe the piece of mind knowing this great car is now covered another 4 yrs at a price that cant be beat!!!!

Two big thumbs up for Jerry for making my issue a priority since I told him via email my factory warranty was expiring very soon and needed him to contact me as soon as he got back from vacation.

I bought that warranty too. It basically covers everything except wear and tear items on the car and I can take it either the Lexus or the Toyota dealership, each of which is less than 3mi from my house. I'm covered up until 2017 or 75K miles (I'm at 14,600 now) which is likely around when I'll be looking to get a new car. I don't have the paperwork on me, but I read it all twice just to be sure I was seeing the fine print. I think it cost me $2K.

I probably would have called this Jerry guy though just to compare if I'd seen this thread first.
