I pulled out the ETCS & EFI fuses and put them back after few minutes but the lights were still on!

So, I disconnected the battery (negative) and reconnect it and the lights went off. Then I turned the engine off and back on the light reappeared! After that I decided to disconnect the batter agin and see what happens. The lights disappeared. I drove the car for half an hour and things were normal. then turned the engine off and started it agin and the lights went back on!!!!!

I would retrace all the hose and make sure they are plugged in right. If still nada I'd reinstall the oem intake and see whats up.

You can always get the code checked at your local autoparts store

Try going back to stock....intakes do nothing for the ISF (dyno confirmed).

I checked the Injen intake again and it all seemed ok. I decided to put back the stock one for the time being.
All lights went off and things went back to norma the moment I put back the stock intake.

The stock intake is well designed and very easy to fit. I was really impressed by Lexus quality.

I agree. It's difficult to think Lexus would have left some horsepower on the table due to intake geometry.

I know... I was after the noise it makes!
Now that I tried it, I'm not even sure I want that noise anymore! The way the ISF is setup from the factory is nice. I like the famous purrs that comes after 4,000 RPM since it actually comes with a relevant surge of power... So it's indeed meaningful..Aftermarket intakes make meaningless noise if you well!

Will probably put my Injen intake up fore sale

I’ve seen a few people post up here about having issues with the injen. I haven't had a single issue with it yet. Now that I said that my lights are going to come on now.

If you're after noise the injen def makes it. I have it paired with a JoeZ exhaust and I can still hear the intake roaring and giving the car a deeper throatier sound.
