Congrats on the car dude.
Ignore the harsher comments. Everyone is entitled to do their own thing.
I'm not a lover of the steering wheel cover myself, but you do whatever makes you happy fella.
As for the rear bumper reflectors, why not go one step further and fit the smoked LED replacements? They are pretty easy to install, and can be wired as additional sidelights/brake lights. I'll find the link for you later.
As for the later headlights with the LED daytime running lights, you can fit them to an 08 model, but you will lose the follow me functionality. This is where your lights follow the road when turning.
It's not a cheap swap, but a lot of folks seem to buy them through eBay for around $1K or so.
I'll probably just black out the inner chrome at some point on my 08 lights.
Whatever you decide to do, hope you enjoy the car mate.
Cheers.
Peter

Here is a link to the LED reflectors I was talking about: http://m.ebay.com/itm/130771463115?nav=SEARCH
Installation isn't too bad, but you do need to remove the rear bumper.
Wiring is just three wires you solder in to the taillight harness.
I'd recommend getting a professional to do the wiring. I had my local car stereo shop do my wiring. Guy made quick work of it for a few pounds/bucks.
They do look the nuts when wired in properly.
Extra brake lights during the day, extra night lights and brake lights at night.
One of my favourite cheaper mods.

Here's a link to my install thread over on the UK ISF forum.
http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/for...ors-installed/
It includes a link back to the wiring guide for these I 'borrowed' when I did mine.
I had the red version, but think the smoked ones would tie in nicely with your rear light tints.
