I alway back in to a corner spot at an angle across two spots. I've always done that with nice cars.
I would rather be the ******* that takes up to spots then have the real ******* that's upset about it hit my car and leave.
We had a brand new grand Cherokee a few years ago. Some one caved the entire tailgate in, took out the lights and bumper cover at my girls school. They just drove away and left her the surprise.
A few years before that I had a loaded Maxima SE that someone tore down the passenger side of from rear quarter to front fender....totaled.
I've tried parking a mile away straight in the last spot but for some reason there is always somebody that just needs to park right next to me every time!!! Maybe they need the exersize???
Crooked is the way to go.

Why would I get my cars keyed????
I could see someone doing that if I took the only two spots right in front of a busy store. I have a little more edict then that though. I always find a place with ample parking and park at the far end of the lot. I don't mind walking and staying out of everyone's way, that's the point.
I've parked like that for 10-15 years and have yet to deal with anyone doing something malicious to my cars. Maybe that's how it is where you live but not my experience where I live. I'm more worried about careless door dings or a bad driver. Thanks for your constructive criticism though.

No way on the front row. I'm with you on that. I wouldn't be surprised if my car was keyed or a fountain soda was splattered on the windshield if I did that!
I just like to keep to myself away from the crowed. People are careless and so many people don't value there own car let alone know how to identify a nice car.
