Customer Service at its finest! (JoeZ - PetrolWerks - VIP AutoSalon)
I recently purchased my ISF in August and since then always read up on ClubLexus and gained as much as I could with the fellow members. As much as I loved this car soon after hearing about the various different exhaust setup I finally came to the conclusion last month to order my JoeZ Exhaust /Intake from VIP Auto Salon. VIP (Stephen) guided me in making my decision as well as couple of other members here as well and delivered the exhaust before the promised date. I left work early just to see the box sitting right there!
I finally made my appointment with the guys at local recommended shop (PetrolWerks) in Long Island that would help get this setup installed. These guys mentioned how this setup was of quality and how perfect the fitment was. Once installed and good to go my car sounded like a whole new beast! Amazing sound and just exactly how wanted.
Driving back home with my stereo off and hearing this thing roar was amazing until I parked and left to drive off to the mall after a few hours my Check Engine and VSC came up and my heart fell. That is when I posted for help to which many came to rescue.
Long Story short,.. Guys at PetrolWerks told me to bring it in and they would look at it while having JoeZ on the other end guiding me through private messages.. Replying back in just couple of hours. My check engine light came on again twice until when the guys at shop decided to change the o2 sensors (without mentioning that I would have to pay for it) these guys stood by their work and made sure that they helped me get this thing working perfect.
I can go on since this lasted almost 4 trips back and forth but JoeZ and PetrolWerks assisted me tremendously in getting my exhaust setup complete. I couldn't have been happier dealing with anyone else.. Between the shops taking my car in with no wait time and getting me out the door assuring me that it won't again and JoeZ sitting 3000 miles making sure everything gets done well.
I vouch for all three and big thanks to everyone on the forum.. (I believed this deserved its own thread)
***Solution finally was by changing to the new crush gaskets and verified the o2 sensors again thoroughly and reset the ECU** (Minor leak was which was fixed by the new crush gaskets as well as o2 sensor faulty)**
My exhaust now works perfect no CEL or VSC
Now time for some videos! Enjoy

Congrats Dj.. !!!!
I am very happy to see it finally got ALL straightened out...
There's not too many things that can go wrong during an install.. The process of elimination corrected the issues..
Best Regards & Enjoy..!!

I love the sound of it... Just on my way back right now this guy in the Camaro told me his car sounds wimpy compared to mine..
DCoolBeans: The tool was def used.. It could be that the resistors didn't hold up well? These guys at the shop spent 250$ just in parts meanwhile I spent 150$ to get the job done so they def lost on me but made sure it worked perfect.. I'm gonna be treating them with good lunch soon!
JoeZ is the MAN! Recommend anybody this setup before the summer!
