IS F 2011 w/ Mark Levinson system. Just got an iPhone 4s. I want to play Pandora using the USB connection but I get no sound. I can make phone calls using Blue Tooth but can't play music. I'm using the earphone connection to play for now but I need the USB to charge it. Any ideas how to connect through USB or Blue Tooth to Pandora? Thank You for your time.

Did you make sure the media volume is all the way up on your phone?

Why not play Pandora through Bluetooth Audio and forget using any cables?

I have issues with Pandora and the USB cable. Pandora via bluetooth works fine though.

How I connect Pandora with blue tooth.
I go to BT and try to connect to but it found no device and time out. The telephone works fine.

When I connect with the USB it shows a small icon that said iPod..

IIRC you have to the phone up a second time, but this time as an audio device (basically, the car sees it as two devices: phone device and audio device, even though it's the same iphone)

I believe everything is the same setup wise as doing the phone setup, only I believe it utilizes a different access code, specific for audio device vs phone device.

It took me a short while, paying particular attention to the owner's manual, to get it to work on my car, but now that it's setup everything works great.

I want to thank everyone for taking their time to answer. I linked to Blue Tooth like you guys suggested. Not only hold and resume the song when I go in/out. of the car, I can also control the volume and change songs from the steering wheel. All I had to do was delete the device that I created and connected again. Wow I'm Happy
