Best place to find new brakes for a DIY project??
Can any of you DIY-guys give me the best site/place to find the parts to do a new brake set-up? I want to go ahead and do both the rotors and pads, but I do not know the best place from where to buy the parts? TIA!

When it's time for me, I'll be going with Ferodo Pads and Raybestos Rotors. I've had great luck with Ferodo in the past on both motorcycles and automotive. A great compound IMHO. And from everything I've read the Raybestos rotors are just like the stock rotors for less $.

If I didn't already have a set of OEM rotors cryo'd in the garage, I'd be running the Raybestos rotors myself.

So I'm looking at purchasing these Raybestos rotors today, but there are 3 choices and I don't know which ones to go with. Any suggestions? TIA. Here's the link to their site.

EDIT: okay, so I'm discovering that you cannot order parts directly from their website, and that you have to purchase them either from a retail outlet or from an online vendor. Again...any preferences?
EDIT #2: So, I selected one of the online vendors (Rays Best Brakes), and it appears there is only one option for the '08 F. http://www.raysbestbrakes.com/ray_ymml.php

Www.rockauto.com. Bought my raybestos rotors/stop tech pads from them and have bought numerous other parts for my cars and never had a problem.
RockAuto was another of the online vendors that Raybestos listed. Good deal.
Pqbrown, this will seem like a stupid question, but I've never ordered rotors from online before. I am assuming that I need to select a quantity of 2, correct? It's not a single set of 2 rotors, right?

I'm having a hell of a time trying to locate Ferodo pads online. And the only I can find has to do with motorcycles. Can you help?
Thanks!
