I think for most guy's it's either improve performance or handling first and with $1500 to spends this give you several choice

Headers
Sikky Headers cost $1295.00 plus cost of install
PPE Headers cost $ 1399.00 plus cost of install

Cat Back Exhaust
Joe-Z cost $1599.00
ISS Forged $ 1750.00

Handling
BC coilovers $1000.00
Tein coilovers $ 1000.00 up

springs $250.00 up

Do it right, just get coils first. Getting springs will eventually lead you to purchase coils right after...think smart and same your self some $ IMO.
