i noticed that the cuts in the side panels still have the white "fuzz" in the plastic
you can get rid of that with a heat gun or a lighter held from a distance...

sorry man, there is no white "fuzz". Its clean. What you are seeing is where the plastic was stressed from being cut and filed. I wouldn't install it with the fuzzy stuff still on it. Thanks for the advice anyway though.

got it... hard to see in the pics
i had to cut mine too to work with my custom airbox
you can still use a heat gun to get rid of the white edges though
make it look a bit cleaner...
i started off in the industry by installing car stereos... so i learned about ABS plastic doing that
and when i realized what i just did, i just had to post that i know i'm an idiot... hahahaha...
