Hey CL. I have been lurking around on here buying stuff here and there and never introduced myself or my car lol. Name's Nate. I'm 28 in the Air Force and have been for the past 9 years. Not new to high performance cars. I def miss my 05 WRX STI I traded in to pick up my F, but this beast is definitely the upgrade I was looking for. I have learned alot from being on here so far and look forward to keep learning from you guys.

I am a very grateful person and would like to thank CL Members for selling me some of the items on my car. Raj for the Think Design parts/JoeZ CF Tips, Colin for the intake/filter, Mark #1 for the floormats, Mark #2 for the Weathertech Window Visors and Jeremiah for convincing me/selling me his Vossen CV3's.

Also great vendors I have purchased from and encountered so far Steven/Clark@VIPAutosalon, Gabe@Lextuners, Luis@Carson Toyota, Darrel@Sewell.

Mods are in my Sig. I don't have the JoeZ exhaust on yet it's being built and will be here very soon though. Future mods is definitely a CF rear diffuser/front lip. I haven't decided which brand to go with yet (TOMS, Wald or Ventross). A strong 12" sub like a Type-X or 12W7. Soon I will be making the long trip to San Antonio to get the rear fenders rolled. No plans on lowering it anytime soon.

Anyways here are some pics I took today after washing her. Don't make fun of the photog skills as I don't have any lol. Positive/Negative comments are always appreciated (except about the photog skills ha)

nice start Nate, from hearing your mods I think you are coming along nicely. Wish I had money for some Vossens! I can't see any pictures due to work filter.

Thanks. I appreciate it. Yea I hate military work filters, they block the photo's for me too. I wanted to go with the 19" Black/Blue WedsSport SA-55's but decided not to. Only reason I had the money to get em was because Jeremiah hooked me up + I was deployed making extra money out there and decided to splurge lol

Are you dropped at all? Or is that stock height? Car looks amazing with the Vossens!

Not too bad, for some reason the wheels look too big. Maybe some 19s in that same design would look better.

Thats the look I was going for. Clean and "professional" looking.

You think so? I was going to go 19" but didn't want to wait for them to be avilable/I got a great deal on these. I think 20" look good for this size car. My STI felt tiny and I had 19" on it so I felt 19" would be too small. Maybe it's the design that makes them look bigger??

lol. Yea the only thing this tiny town has is a Lake haha. I wish I was in Austin. I'm in the middle of nowhere west Texas. Closest "city" to me is San Antonio which is 3 1/2 hr drive. .

great pics. Congrats on the car.
I too came from a STi. Though I miss it (especially for AutoX'ing) I'm very happy with the IS-F as a DD.
