Numbers from a magazine aren't the end-all. Driver skill plays a big role in races.

Did we forget the 89' Chrysler LeBaron with wood trim ......?

Or the classic homer car .. 1998 Pontiac Grand Am?

Both cars fly .....

Ive played myself with the 0-60 time thing and its hard to say one car is faster than the other one as when they are within couple thenths of a second. Any kind of extra spin and you loose considerably some time. So the m3 and ISF depends on the tires and driver. I wanna say that an M3 with manual transmission and a very good driver could beat the ISF from 0-60 mph consistently. But in most cases the 0-60 times will be pretty even

As would my money be on the M3 consistently over an ISF

Sorry but lexus will not change unless we ***** to them about it. If they dont change then they lose customers. My next car will be either the new M3 or the new ISF if they ever bring another one out. But i will have to wait and see what it looks like and the numbers. If they both suck i will buy a used Nissan GTR for 60K, there are plently of them out there right now I would not hesitate to drop a new M3 or ISF for a used GTR!

0-60 times mean nothing. They might as well be arbitrary. There is no testing standard, and there are SO many variables that the numbers are virtually useless for comparison purposes.

However, there are plenty of cars that will out accelerate an IS-F.

Too many people put their money on the M3, I wonder if they ever raced the car. In my experience I haven't lost to any M3 yet, and I've raced 7+ E90/92 M3s.

The m3 is slower off the line, then around 40mph the m3 will take the lead. But in the end the isf will win due to the higher top speed

At the high performance driving school I attended, the M3 was the quickest around Lime Rock with the ISF right on it's tail. It all depended on the driver. The instructors favored the M over the F.

I was dead even from a 40mph roll up to 153mph. no one pulled on anyone. Of course that was the coupe with carbon roof and I just had intake at the time, and a 50lb sub box in the rear. I'm pretty sure I could take him now with my additions and driving skills increased.

I don't see the e93 m3 beating isf. Brother ran an m3 with one pass vs bros isf with two and consistently walked m3. This and also YouTube!
