Default Me and my IS-F in Germany

Howdy all. Been a long time since I posted in here but since me and my 2008 IS F moved to Germany, I thought I would post pics and maybe some vids of me cookin along on the autobahn.

Cant tell you how much fun it is to legally drive as fast as you want. I've had it up to 235 km (145mph). Check out the vid. More to come.....

Default Super cool

I'm working up my nerve to get it up to 173. Gotta take into consideration wind and road conditions. Going to Switzerland tomorrow and will record if all is well.

Cheers!

You are so lucky! That would be my dream.. to be able to drive my own car on the autobahn. Love that Ferrari flyby. You should've tried to see if you could keep up. Ok maybe not. ha ha

280 km/hr is 173.6 mph. No mas without disabling the limiter...the Ferrari is probably going ~200 mph.

Wow. Nice video. Seems that the F hits 140mph with ease. I've never taken it passed 125mph.

I like to know how you find the german car enthusiast reaction to your isf when they encounter you driving on the road negative or positive?

Mostly positive. I have ew adversaries (Porsche etc) want to play and I oblige. No negative except the time I parked at the airport and some SOB put a nut in my pipe causing my car so sound like ***** when I hit any bump. But - quite a few eyebrows raised and compliments.

I hit 135 down a straight away(no intersections, just road) fairly easy.
Come on we gotta see more than that on the autobahn

Are you recording and driving at the same time? CRazy

That nice to here, since here in US from Auto Magazine bias toward IS-F to so many fanboy BMW owner that just total discounted IS-F. Most reviews from German press and bloggers were less bias, they didn't just buy into just because it's M3 know other car could be consider on par with it, not better but alternate to M3 or C63. Glad to here F is getting positive feed back keep us posted.

I'm sure the ISF is rare in Germany, and it's a total beast from highway roll speeds, so you're bound to surprise some people over there.

That 458 Italia flyby was nuts.
