^^In Chicago, we have the same type of dealer called, Luxury Motors. I think they just went out of business or changed their name.

I found a silver cpo in south Carolina at a Lexus dealer. I'm going to check out this weekend. 2008 37000 miles.

They definitely didn't want to take it back but i forced the issue. Luckily I had not signed my title over yet.

They already had a buyer for my 2007 IS350 within 24-hours so tried to throw everything at me to keep the car. Free Warranty, 2500 off, and a few other useless things.

I should probably just put my 350 up for sale and wait til it sells private buyer. I'm sure I could get more than 22 for it. 40000 miles, flawless except 1 minor scratch, and it still has the plastic covers on the illuminated door trim!

Good to know you were able to return it on time. Don't give up on the F. Its well worth it. I had a 07 G35x, not quite like your IS350 but I haven't looked back since the purchase of the mighty F.
