Yeah...it's a pretty expensive hobby. I've spent $3000 on various tools...kinda nuts. LOL

You think woodworking is an expensive hobby, I was going to suggest firearms if you did not live in Cali

$3k ??? Let me guess, semi custom 1911 ? They get quite addicting once you get spoiled with the smooth trigger. If you did not live in CA you could really go off the deep end & get into full auto's now that's expensive ! Sorry to veer off topic w hi mileage thread, 27500 currently on a 2009

I'm not that far behind. 115k now. Due for some work for sure, but everything is still functional.

I have done nothing with my gearbox but send a sample to Blackstone.

That made me laugh. At least you did not mention Nancy Pelosi... Hee Hee

(I sound like a Texan, Huh?)

I got hooked on guns last year, now have several in my safe that I have never shot once..

I am ready for the Zombie invasion , though!!

Though I plan on winning this battle, would love to hear from others that had theirs replaced for being blown. Please chime in!

The car is a marvel. Such a high performance engine going the distance without major issues like rod bearings, gaskets, etc. Really an engineering marvel - I'm so proud to own one.
Hey just curious what did the water pump cost you to replace and how are you pushing Lexus to replace the sub, as mine is blown as well, bought the car with it blown. Mine is an 08 with almost 48k.

Where can I get a list of future mileage and what service should be performed?
