Default Exhaust Manifold Choices

Just thought posting all our current choices in one place would be an interesting view.

1 - Stock

2 - Sikky

3- PPE

4 - Elite

Those PPE headers do look good. Have they released pricing info on them yet?

I have an idea, but I'll know more tomorrow. And, there will be a group buy for you early adapters.

I'll be interested to see. I'm out seeing as how I've already committed to sikky but depending on price, some people could end up doing really well with the price on this considering PPE's IS350 headers are only $650

Pretty grim that there is so little room to work in the IS F engine bay. None of these headers are equal length, and I doubt it's possible since all three (I'm very certain) tried to achieve this.

^^^^Lance, you're right of course. But they all most certainly flow better than stock And, the stock F manifolds certainly look like they flow better than the other stock Lexus manifolds I've seen. The others seem to be a log design with three or four holes (depending on the number of cylinders) in it

Was going to post this in the PPE thread but figured it probably belonged here instead.

So someone help clue me in here cause I am obviously not understanding something right. I know that from one dyno to the next things read differently however.

Takeda Intake, PPE headers, Custom Dual Exhaust = 382whp 368tq
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...headers-6.html

Tom's Filter + JoeZ Intake + Sikky Headers + ISS-Forged Exhaust = 416whp and 350tq
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...lter-joez.html

Injen Intake + Sikky Headers + JoeZ Exhaust = 420.8whp and 352.0tq
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ormance-2.html

To me a variable 34-38whp and a variable 16-18tq seems like a big difference. Trying to figure out what would account for this. Can the difference really purely be the exhaust?

I am not speaking out about one header or another or any other product for that mater just trying to figure out the facts.

Very cool to see the comparison pictures between the different aftermarket headers out there. It's crazy to think that Lexus would put such restrictive manifolds on such a high performance engine!

They all look great. IMO the Elite Headers look the best though.
