How thick are new OEM brake pads?

How thick are new OEM brake pads?
I had the fronts measured with 28K miles and they were between 5 and 6 mm. What is the thickness for the OEM front brake pad brand new?

11mm I think, someone correct me. Its been posted before in a few of the brake threads.

I don't know the answer to the OP questions but at 19,000 miles mine were measured at 7mm front, and 8mm in the rear

There's a for sale thread with oem pads tha only have 3k miles on them. Check the measurement on that. Should be just a little thicker than that.

Thanks! So it looks like I'm about half way through. I should get 50 to 60K miles off the front pads. That makes me feel a lot better.

That would be mine!
I think 11 sounds about right, my rears were just slightly less than 11mm. And I brake very lightly too.
