Sweet commercial! Based on the URL at the end of the commercial and the YouTube username, looks like this spot was developed for the South African market. And I'd be willing to bet money the time shift is real. At the very least, they simply rounded up.

Not a chance unless that's nanoseconds over a very long course.
^ If you look at the timer at 0:23, they appear to be measuring time to 1/10,000,000th of a second. That should provide just enough precision to measure the difference in time given the relatively low speed the IS-F is going. Get it? Relatively?
