Top Fender Liner

Top Fender Liner
After installing BC Racing Coilover + Swift Spring which is lower than stock.. I've lowered the front another 1/2 inch.. Now going over moderate bump the tires are hitting the top of fender liner. I have tried to use heat gun and pushed the fender a little more up without success. Anyone have a solution.. If it involves removing the top fender liner.. Does anyone have a DIY?

I had the same prob after dropping the car with KWV3. But only due to high way dip or occasional local street pot holes. I stiffened up the shocks and prob solved but the draw back is a bumpy ride

Im not sure of removing the liner would help. As i mentioned above, my tire hit the very top of the liner due to highway dip, hence the plastic melt off where it hit, revealed a metal structure behind it. So im thinking even if you remove the liner, you would still hit this metal structure.

You need to increase the height of you bump stop on the shock shaft with a spacer to stiffen and limit the final travel of your wheel if you want to ride that low.
