Default Who makes the OEM shock for the ISF?

Is it Bilstein? I see that they are monotube and I know the F-sport parts are Bilstein. Are the factory OEM shocks Bilstein?

From the Tokico website, they do not have in their catalog a non-adjustable mono-tube shock design .

Key word I mentioned... OEM

Just like if you go to BBS's website you won't find the wheels anywhere or for example the OEM Brembo BBK won't be found on their site either..

The car manufactures use many well known companies on the street, to make their OEM parts and/or components..

Yes OEM's just leverage the manufacturing facilities of the shock manufacturers and the available capabilities to have them build what they want. Typically all NRE is the property of the OEM end customer, not the manufacturer. So they cannot sell it in the aftermarket if they wanted to.

Classic example is the Supra TT brakes mad by Sumitomo. I tried to get them to remake them so that I could have a volume source for the caliper and they could not do it because toyota still owned all the tooling and the design rights.
