is that even an IS-F. it has the body kit and all, but only 1 exhaust tip per side?

spoiler, badges, fenders, hood... i would say yes, it's an F
the oval tip on the bottom looks like it fell off...

Yeah, the pics were taken the day I bought the car. Missing tip was fixed the day after...
