245 front, 285 rear. minimal rubbing on the front fender liners, but not enough to bother me or even notice.

youd need to run stretch tires and run camber arms so u can adjust ur camber to -2 and a pull as well

Well, I suppose you are right. I made the erroneous assumption dkangphoto was referring to a normal fitment. If he had said he was willing to roll/pull/camber and stretch, accept a compromised ability to lower the car and run properly sized tires, my answer would have been (slightly) different.

Gurus i need advice

What kind of work do i need to do to make this setup fit?

19x9.5 +35 245/35/19 front
19x10.5 +30 275/30/19 rear

stock height

just roll rear fenders?

you might slightly rub in the rear with 275 depending on what tire and how low you are.

front will be fine.

You will need fenders rolled flat for sure, maybe pulled. I had 10.5 +45 with 285s and that was already flush with the fender. Your set up will stick out another 15mm
