Im looking at a set of wheels 19x9.5 +45 Front and 19x10.5 +45 Rear. Can anyone tell me what fitment issues i'm going to have. I'm ok with running say 2-3* of camber and obviously know the rear fenders will need to be rolled. Other than that am i going to be able to fit these bad boys?

Shouldn't have any problems with those specs with the fenders rolled. Run 245/275 tires and you're good.

Front is very conservative in your setup. Even 255 is not a problem. I'm running 19x10.5 +35 in the rear with 275 35 19 and -2.9 camber. Since yours are 10mm inward, you can roll with with 285 easily, -2 camber

I really like N54MPower's IS-F setup. Full TOM's kit ,KW coilovers & SSR professsor wheels 20x9/20x10.5 rear offsets are unkown; car is also running an HKS system that should be on the market in a month or so...it seems. Also seems like there's not a lot of pictures floating around of this car, so I'm going to share them here:

WOW! This is really clean! well done

I had the car for two days deciding if I should buy it from my buddy. I didn't, and I have unbuyers remorse if that's a thing haha.
