The above is the fastest E92 1/4 posted on dragtimes. I don't know if this is really the fastest one out there (I couldn't find a faster time posted anywhere), but if it is, congrats Slay on putting the ISF ahead of the E92 for the fastest 1/4 mile. Look at his trap speed though...DAMN!!!
Damn, I just found this. The above is no longer true.

Slay,
Great job, and congrats! 1.6's are damn serious. Cant beleive the trans is still holding up.

Slay & Cayman,

What about experimenting with E85? Too drastic for the ECU?

If what you say about the ECU and fuel system is true, that it self corrects fairly well and it can handle the flow, do you think it could correct itself the extra 30%+/- it needs to run ethanol? You would be able to spray like mad at that point.

I run e85 in my import project race car and I have gained an easy 20+whp just by switching; no change in timing. 30+ when I started advancing. I make roughly 655bhp/500btq on E85 @16PSI.

Wow thats pretty quick. The M3 has to be making really good power supercharged with 100 shot on top. Though my car is neck and neck with that type of power on the street, i cant hook it on the track. Guess ill have to figure something out when i get some time

Since November i have been running larger and larger amounts of E85 mixed with 93 and have had 0 issues. I started using it for my race car almost 5 yrs ago and it was a huge success. I have noticed how lenient the ecu on the ISF has been so within 2 weeks of getting the car i slowly first mixed 3 gallons. Next tank 6 gallons and the most I have ran was a little over 8.

The car seems to run 100% normal, but we need to get a wideband test to confirm this will work safely. I'm not going to say I feel a difference with e85 on the ISF, but I have also yet to run a straight tank due to wanting the o2 test at the same time. I do think there is potential for this to work. My race car made 666whp @ 27psi on e85 and 616whp on q16...... It also always ran smoother on e85 than q16 or c16.

I have seen race motors apart that ran e85 an they look new inside. The engine is extremely clean when running this stuff! If the computer and injectors can handle it than it should be a go! I Also tried this on my 98 Honda civic ex sohc vtec beater car and I ran multiple tanks over and over and never got a code. I did get less mpg because you burn so much more but here its only 2.00 a gallon so it evens out.

Yes and no, yes I did but the numbers weren't great, it was like 100 degrees outside, the car was heat soaked from the 45 mile drive, and the car kept pulling timing on the dyno. It was dipping down to 10 degrees in some areas, so long story short I'm not giving any merit to those numbers. As far as track the best I've gotten is 12.6@112 with a 2.01 60' DA of 1232. This was in full street trim (spare and all still in) and some wheel spin. Caymandive managed an 11.9@120 with an exhaust, headers, and drag radials.

Just tested E85 and the car ran Lean. The car usually runs between 12.5-12.8 at WOT in second gear. On the E85 Mixture, the car ran in the 14.2-15.2 range.

I used 2.5 Gallons of E85 with approximately 4-5 gallons already in the tank.

Ah ok...Id like to get deep into 11's if not 10's this year for sure. I need to find out more about the NX set up that I need to use and where to pull the fuel from. Im assuming these are wet kits people are using. Im also lost on where to put the throttle switch since these are not a wire type throttle body on the F. Im very familiar with Nitrous and would install it now but I need some insight on the correct way to do it on the ISF. Maybe MRxSlayx will pm me or post the details on fuel and switch. Also wondering if he has direct port set up or if hes spraying right in front of the throttle body.

I did not see any mention of any of the nitrous guys running a Nano system, are you all still using the antiquated bottle heater?
