I prefer ISF for it's rareness and fuel economy via 8 speed tranny.

I can get an Avg 325 miles to zero and 350 miles to zero if I drive it under 2,000 rpms..

That's my M-F daily work (fwy) commute..

300 miles or so if go through the gears a few times during that commute

huh? wow you guys making me feel very good about my car! my car has virtually the same gas tank size and i usually get 300 miles per tank on mixed driving (no need to watch out on driving habit). even if i decides to drive hard i usually get at least 250. i know on long term cruise some isf hit 27-28mph, but seems like normal driving it's not that far off
