I was only joking

But I did use the moldings which are plain black for something else....no way will I use it on my the doors. I just need to finish cutting some vinyl. The good thing about this mod is that it is not permanent.
The bulbs are for the back...looks cleaner now

So then what exactly are you using the moldings for?

This...........I placed black vinly on the lower part of the bumper but knew that it would not standout like on a light colored car,so I added the door molding to give it a more 3D? effect.its subtle but for $15 its not bad.I might get the diffuser from Exact to complete the look.

looks pretty good to me, what did you use to fill the middle part? is it just matte black tape?

Ah.. interesting. Very creative! In the pix it almost look like the molding is blended in with the vinyl. How did you get the black to match up between the molding and the vinyl, and how did you get it so that it doesn't look like there is a "border"? Great job.

I have some stealth bulbs too. Looks much better IMO.
