Hiya fellas, quick question. I've nevered owned a car with TPMS. I'm not even sure if I have TPMS ( 2008 Silver ISF) I have some Volks with some Falkens on them, I want to put on but they don't have tpms on it. Can I still roll on this? without any problems check engine light etc? I dont want it beeping or blinking all the time..

Why did he hate them?

IMO for street driving almost any tires should be ok unless you live in rain / snow climates.

The tread pattern is mainly for looks. I've used Nitto, Falken, Toyo, Pirelli and Yoko and they all do the same job for me.

I got my Vredestein tires on Friday and love them so far. I love the ride, handing etc. I also tested them in rain and they do great.

I had these tires installed yesterday and am very happy with the ride and quiet volume of the new tires. I had the stock bridgestones before and I sware the car tracks straighter now with the Vred's. I do wish they had a little bit more of a curb protector like my stock tires did, but thats being very picky and I park a mile away from the curbs anyways!

So the Vredesteins are worn out. I was able to get 27,000 miles out of them which blows me away. I was able to get 18,000 out of my PS2s. At no time did I feel they were not as good as the PS2s. I was very happy with them. With a good alignment I was also able to get almost perfectly even wear side to side and front to back.

SOOooo..

I decided to go with Vredesteins again but this time around get there new top of the line Ultra High Performance model a try the Vredestein Ultrac Vorti. I decided to go with the Vorti for a number of reasons but the main one being they come in 245/35/19 AND 285/30/19! I'm expecting them to wear like the Sessenta and perform better while offering the staggering that I want.

They come in in 2 weeks so I'll let you all know my thoughts after they are on the car.

Many people run 245/35/19 front and 285/30/19 back with no issues.

I hope these tires work out for you. Personally, I would never trust my life to a tire other than something from a big name tire manufacture such as Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Yokohama, Continental...etc. (yeah I know...Firestone had tires that killed people back then in those Ford Exploders)

^^^ These tires have worked great for many people for years! I loved them when I had them and will buy again. Other car forums love them as well.
