thanks for the reply! I also forgot to ask , im going to change pads myself ( oem pads ) and keep oem rotors for now, question is do I need to sand down the rotors before putting the pads on or do I just put the new pads and let them do the work ?

^^^^DO NOT sand the rotors. However, after pad installation be sure to bed them in properly.

Hey all fairly new isf owner. I am needing a full brake change in the very near future been doing some research, seems reybestos rotors are a good choice and pricing. I am just stuck on pads to get so far I'm thinking of centric oe formula pads but I'm not sure if they dust like oe pads so i looked into stop tech pads. I do not track the car i drive it as a weekend car mainly maybe few throttle taps here and there. Any suggestions or experiences would be highly appreciated.

Welcome!

My recommendation would be the Wearevers from Advance Autoparts or the Duralasts from Autozone.

I don't track my car either and I use the Wearevers. So far they've been doing their job with virtually no dust and no squealing. They are perfect for daily driving. I also have the Raybestos rotors on all corners, no complaints.

I don't know if the Wearevers are still being sold for the F but I know someone recently purchased the Duralasts which is comparable in price and performance.

Can anyone confirm the amount of brake fluid needed for a complete flush.
I think I was close to 1000ml, anyone to confirm?

Buy a liter. You won't need it all, but you won't be short as you would if you only bought a half liter.

Most performance mods need a watch and timed course to demonstrate actual improvement. Few deliver the advertised claims. Many are actually worse than stock. The best performance mods are made to the driver.

Emotional arguments - They're not just for chicks anymore.
