Default What to pay for a new 09 IS-F?

I m looking for help on what a fair price would be for a new 09 IS-F White with standard options. List price is $61.5k Dealer said "make me an offer. Had a 2010 sitting next to it same car same color and options. Said he had incentive $ for 09 that totaled $2500 cash back.

Help please your thoughts?

On a 2009 i would get invoice minus holdback minus any dealer cash and rebates. But if it was me i would get the 2010 and ask for 2500 off.

my old salesman gene at prestige lexus (201-258-6173) has a silver and grey 2010 fully loaded F's listed around $63k, but selling at invoice. i'm doubt there are rebates on 2010's, none are listed on edmunds.com, but 2009's are listed with a $2500 rebate...

Thousand Oaks Lexus is selling an 09 for 54.8k. There might be cushion in that price.

The '10 model is easily worth $3k more, because that's what it would cost to upgrade to the limited-slip diff after the fact...
