typically TB's will give better throttle response, more air into the plenum faster. HP may come at peak, but you may lose low end torque. For instance, I now have dyno proof of the wide open secondary intake path losing power over the stock 2-stage intake path in the low end. When will we get an ITBL setup...that would be the best by pushing the throttle plate closer to the valves

icode makes 2 available upgrade options. Since there are 2 manufacturers producing them this upgrade SHOULD make a difference. icode states +5 ps/5hp increase, with an upgraded intake and a more free flowing exhaust this should definitely yield more than 5 hp.
It makes sense, last year I reported that my times were slower when using the secondary intake wide open, at the 1/8 mile I lost 2 MPH and my times were about 0.2 seconds slower. This was done in the same night, back to back runs.
