Still running stock but have a set of Carbotech Bobcat 1521 pads sitting on the shelf waiting for the OEM pads to die.

Most performance mods need a watch and timed course to demonstrate actual improvement. Few deliver the advertised claims. Many are actually worse than stock. The best performance mods are made to the driver.

Emotional arguments - They're not just for chicks anymore.

Stick w/ OE and deal w/ the nasty dust brakes. There's always a *catch* w/ aftermarket, either with fitmen issues, noises, uneven deposit (aka warping rotors).

My OEM pads were shot, so I replaced them with Hawk Ceramics. They seem to be working pretty well, stopping powder is decreased ever so slightly...brake dust has improved tremendously but one thing...I still have a light squeal at stopping. Maybe someone can chime in and help out with this problem? LOBUX????

It seems like we have 3 good options for our brake pads, its mainly Hawks, Ferrodo, and Carbotech, I have like new brake pads in my F but I cant stand the brake dust. Im planning to switch them out and actually ordered a set of Hawk Hps but my buddy said the Hawks were having fitting issues and it was tba. Now I dunno what pads to get instead. any suggestions?

Hawk is currently redesigning the IS-F pads, something to do with the shim placements.

They make good pad compounds for all kinda of uses. PM us if interested and we can give you pricing and avialability as soon we we hear from Hawk.

^^^^^ Me too!!! My front pads are at 3mm and I don't want to get OEM dusty pads again. What other proven "dust-free" options do we have?
