Do you think this trailer hitch made by Curt for the IS250/350 will fit on the ISF?

don't know if it will fit but you might check to see if it will void your warranty. This car was not designed to tow.

Do not put a trailer hitch on a 2IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
use 'search' there is a few threads that go over this already, the owners manual says we cannot tow anything!

If it was a small trailer with a set of track tires and wheels you probably wouldn't die, you'd probably want to do the same thing. I've thought about a hitch for this and for a bike rack both. Neither would be a problem, and in Europe they offer a hitch for the 2IS.

Scroll at the bottom to the hitch. It's rated for 1500 kg and prewired. I'd love to have this option.

I have both an IS350 and an ISF. I purchased the Curt hitch knowing it will work on my IS350, but I would rather put it on my ISF if it will fit. Visually it looks like the rear exhaust hanger brackets on both cars are the same with the same bolt configuration, but I have been unable to verify that the part numbers are the same for the hanger brackets. Do you or anyone else have the part numbers for the IS350 and the ISF rear hanger brackets?

I will be using the trailer hitch for my bike rack which carries two bikes, and for my trailer which carries one Kawasaki 800 SXR. Both loads are well under the ratings of 200 lb tongue weight and 2,000 lb towing capacity.

As much as I'd hate to see you do that to your F (see owners manual), it probably wouldn't damage anything if you're only towing Bikes, Jet Skis, etc. It's not like your modifying the trunk for a fifth wheel! haha I'd get a Tundra for that.
