B.S. Sorry to hear that. I e-mailed my service advisor at Lexus of Seattle yesterday afternoon at 3:34 pm about it quoting the numbers in the forum. He responded via e-mail at 4:28 pm indicating he had order the parts and would let me know when they come in. May be this is the exception?
No I had the same experience in Phoenix. I emailed my service advisor and asked to bring my car in for the TSB, I gave the number. She emailed back in about 5 minutes and said she'd ordetr the parts and I could bring it in at 8am the next morning. Took about 45 minutes to install.
i like mine way better and yes u should call ahead they had to order mine and took an extra day! also lexus rep came to look at my wheel pitting and took pics and will review with lexus!
Thx for the info. The service advisor said he has the TSB but they won't get the parts in for another month. Let's see if they call me back on it, otherwise I'll just wait till my 10k service. From the looks of it, it still vibrates with music, so it wouldn't really change anything for me... ha ha.
My local Lexus dealer will replace my mirror under warranty, I have my appointed already for Monday afternoon. I don't think there is a TSB for this problem, but the dealer was aware of it.

there is a TSB thats why they just know to replace it with the convertable mirror!

I went in today to get my fuel line recall done and fix my gap under my passenger headlight but they can't fix the gap!!! Whatever!! I guess I have to spend my weekend and do it right myself.
I mentioned to sa that my rear mirror is shaking like crazy when windows are down and I would like to get the TSB done for it.
She called and told me that she would have to order the parts and come back later to get it done..

Got mine done today. While at the dealership, I noticed an IS250C on the floor. It had the old mirror in it. It was a June build, and the TSB was dated in July I believe, so it missed the new mirror.
