23, after I was fortunate enough to get my first engineering position. great car paid off and will keep till it dies.. knock on wood.
^^For the guys above I dont daily it, but I have a 1.5 and 2.5 year old and they fit in the back as well..

Man, the younger guys are spending a lot more on their cars than I did when I was in my 20s! Mid-40s now and still choking at spending in the $40k range on a used car...maybe I'm just cheap and I never knew it???

33 for me and I just bought a 2008
I probably should have looked into one earlier but for some reason when I glanced at one or two a few years back they were over my budget. Now the car is everything I have always wanted and I am happy I can afford one (barely LoL)

You are at least 25 years short of being the oldest one here. 
The red edition was a special NZ-only limited edition from late 2011/early 2012. Only 10 were made and there is a numbered plate as in my avatar mounted between the front seats. All had red upholstery, and updated suspension supposedly to improve ride comfort. They were delivered with personalized plates (ISFOO1 to ISFO1O, but the first owner changed it, and the dealer couldn't source the original. So I had to 'invest' in a new one.
You have me beat it sounds, I was starting to think I was the oldest one here 
. 41 at the time of purchasing the F (42 now) & have had numerous sports cars over the years. Would have opted for a newer car at the time but this was a 1 owner 17k mile car when purchased & did not want to exceed past $40k as well. What is a "red" edition F ?

Bought mine at 38. Went from an LS460 to the ISF. Didnt need all of the room and was dying to head out for track days. I miss the presence the LS460 had, but love the performance of the F and Im having a blast !
