Default ISF ML System

Hey,

So for the folks with the ML System on the ISF.. I've noticed that there is an 8" sub in the back. Is there a way we can take out that sub and install an aftermarket sub that kicks a bit more? It feels like the ML doesn't kick hard enough. Any suggestions?

I've actually seen some without.. but anywho, the question was whether or not I can take out the 8" subs and put in an aftermarket one that bumps more.

Shouldn't be that hard
Just take a line from the old speaker into your new amp and power your new sub from the new amp right?

I'm wondering if that can be done though.. cuz I'm afraid the Watts/Voltage won't match? I don't know.. not a big audio guru =/

it would be great if this question could be answer because i feel the same. i was planning to install the thinline jl w7 but ive heard that because the car was built in aerodynamic so it reduced the full potential of the aftermarket subs.
