Default F getting a repaint - color options

So my F is getting a repaint courtesy of insurance after some construction roads + trucks were brutal to it, I'm torn between getting a free repaint in MM which i do love, or putting another $1500 on top of it and getting a new paint job in a unique color of my choice, (blackrose is my favorite option right now). Does anybody have any opinions on colors that would look good on the F? Have a couple days to decide until its fully torn down and re-primered. Thanks CL

Ive seen it in a wrap and it looked good but i think it would look phenomenal in an actual quality paint job.

I been always torn between USB, Obsidian, and star fire pearl. Quite frankly, there's not a bad color on the F whatsoever. None! All the factory colors look amazing. I would honestly keep it the same color. In some states if not all, youre going to have to Update the registration of the car. If this doesn't affect you, I would still choose the same base color, with a kick! For example, ISFPOWER did an amazing 3 stage black on his 350z. That's something I would do to mine being that it's obsidian already. Consider also, you don't want to choose a difficult color to replicate later. If the need for a touch up ever arose. Which more than likely is a definite yes, if you drive the car hard. If none of that matters, I would look at exotic fun colors In for results! Post before and after!

A custom color would be very nice, but I would worry about re-sale though. I personally would not purchase a car like the F that was totally repainted. I think it would raise too many questions/concerns even if it was done for that type of reason. If you plan on keeping it forever, I say go for it.

get it painted for free, then spend that $1500 to get it wrapped! it'll protect the brand new paint and you can go whatever color and take it off when your tired of it

Wish there was a metallic black option from the factory like stargazer black. So that's my vote.

I'd like to do a silver-blue (Silverstone in BMW code)... I don't think you want your paint to be louder than your exhaust

I'm a fan of the brownstone color on a LFA I saw. Not quite brown, changes color depending on the light.

Thanks for the responses, cars set to get a full front end clear bra (again courtesy of insurance aside from $300) I do plan to keep this car a long time and I'm documenting this well to prove in the future that this wasn't done due to a crash but just rock chip damage. It's really just the price difference of getting the door jams done apparently. I think the F will look good in just about any metallic color, that 250 up there looks great.

I'd keep it stock as well HOWEVER.... Silverstone is the best looking silver I've ever seen in my life & probably always will be. So I second this as well.
