Can't go wrong sticking with the factory colour on your car

Stick with the factory color You have to consider the future resale value. With all the documentation it shouldn't affect the value much if not at all.

Keeping factory paint, the resale value factor is pretty much irrelevant to me but I think the $1500 would be better suited to go towards headers
Thanks for the responses everybody.

Are you at Scotts Coach Works ? I was there to get my Tom's aero kit installed and the guy helping me mentioned there was another ISF there That was getting a full spray . If so you are in good hands man. They are amazing . I drove 35 min each way to use them

I sure am, JP over there is great and they came highly recommended. Might be the only time i haven't had an issue with handing over my keys.

I believe it, like I said I spied an LFA out back and a couple high end Porsches in their shop when I dropped my F off.

Cool opportunity! this is a really personal subjective choice. I'm old school so the first thought i had was: what about British racing green...? or some version of a dark green.... could be very nice

Just got it back, looks fantastic but it turns out even after ~105k miles it was still in great shape because the shade of paint is the exact same as before. Still undecided if I want the pin-stripe put back on or not, thinking it looks better with the stripe on since its so subtle and breaks up the slab of silver a bit. Again thanks for the input everybody, hopefully I won't regret not taking the chance to get a new color.

Agree here, plus unless they take out the engine and paint inside the engine bay and door seals so EVERYTHING matches the new paint........I would go with the OEM paint.
