Quad tip - Muffler Change Bumper Melt?
After a muffler change/removal of OEM tips (ex. RR racing bazooka) does the bumper ever get hot enough to melt/burn?

Not if aligned correctly, I do clay/re-wax mine every month or so as it does get some black flakes but they don't seem to damage the paint at all.

If you use double walled tips like the MagnaFlow ones on the bazooka tips, you should be fine.

When I first installed the bazooka exhaust I noticed a small spider web cracks on the bumper by the tips, but it hasn't spread or got worse since then
