Hello fellow CL members. I picked up my 2008 ISF about 2 months ago and knew the first thing I wanted to do was replace the halogen headlights with the updated LED headlights. Finally got around to it and installed this yesterday. Bought it used and the rewiring was already done from the previous owner. Changed my low beams to 6k, changed out the turn signals to LED amber, and replaced the foglight bulbs with LEDs as well. I am very happy with the outcome and cannot wait to add more to the car.

how much brighter is the led turn signal and where you got it from?

Thank you sir! The turn signals came out a little brighter than stock. I initally bought the Led with Cree Bulb replacement but it didn't fit in the housing so I had to run over to DDM Tuning to pick up a pair of 7440 LED bulb that fits the housing. I am just happy that I don't have to see the amber reflection in my headlights when the car is off.

Looks great. Some saying there are some poor quality ones on Ebay that leak, where did you How long did it take you?

This is an OEM set that i swapped out with anotehr 2nd Gen IS owner. It took about 2 hours to do the swap.

please don't buy eBay headlights, oem is the way to go expensive but worth it.

so do the oem light housings with the led fit an 08? or do you have to trim to make them fit?

yes they will, just the bracket needs a little modification to fit

Just like blackisF08 said, the bracket will need a slight modification to fit from the halogen headlights to the new led headlights. I installed the LED headlights without the bracket. I have an extra set of LED headlights that already came with the correct sized bracket that I need to transfer over.

It really does make a difference in the looks of the car! Yes I am very interested in checking out some of the Lexus meets! Definitely need to meet some of the members on here. Looking forward to modding the new F
