Default Considering purchase and see this

From the advice in another post I plugged in the VIN, of the 08 IS F I'm considering, on the lexus owners site to see all maintenance records. It has about 85k miles. I'm a little concerned about maintenance on it and may talk to them about the extended warranty.

Here's what I see that causes concern. It was just traded in and hasn't been detailed and put on the lot yet. Could this be valley plate, waterpump, headgasket? I want to know what my options are before I talk to the dealership again. They didn't tell me about this issue when I was there yesterday. Looks like it still needs some work before they try and sell it.

SERVICE: ENGINE
DESCRIPTION: ENGINE ~ ~COOLANT LEAK FROM LOWER INTAKE ~ ~

This definitely sounds like the valley plate leak. What mileage was this at?

Scheduling a time to go in and look at it with their "IS F technician".

Is there more than one way to fix the valley plate issue? I'm fairly new to the IS F and want to make sure they don't just slap a quick fix and not address the real problem?

No such thing as a quick fix unless they put some stop leak compound into the coolant and cross their fingers.
