absolutely ZERO NADA ZILCH drone.
dont know, had EL headers first.
WAY MORE quiet than ISS QES.
ill bet still quieter than stock at idle or low engine load , still much quieter than iss at full load(orders of magnitude)
sounds great but huge huge reduction in sound VOLUME compared to iss Qes el header set up.
ISS QES was great but just to over the top for DD in stop and go traffic. This set up is just plain vanilla unless you get on it.
PERFECT FOR DD

i had a complaining wife , stop and go commute at 6-7am to drop kids off at school ,
etc.
hands down and in spite of faults (you are already aware of)
iss qes plus el is possible the BEST SOUNDING EXHAUST in terms of just PURE JOY OF SOUND that I have ever heard on any car EXCEPT for one with a V-10 motor.
it sounds AWSOME. Everyone who hears it will tell you nothing different (except your wife who will complain it is too Loud).
DD real world considerations , that's why I changed.
But... I'll tell you what...
that damn combo sounds so unbelivebaly awesome that I'm not sure I can bring my self to sell the iss Qes even though it's just
sitting in my garage right now, BECAUSE ABSENT real world DD considerations, I'm going to have and PPE EL iSS QES on my IS F AGAIN SOME DAY

Okay Faith restored! Lol. Funny thing...you and I have the same schedules. The F is back as my daily. I drive my daughter to school between the hours of 7am-8am pick her up between 1pm-2pm. I have a wife that's bothered when I spend thousands of dollars on noticeable parts for the car. When I demonstrated the QES to her she simply stood in the front door as I revved the car. She looked in amazement and said at least it doesn't sound sloppy like the American muscle cars. Surprisingly, she doesn't complain on the drone. She hates when I take off. But I'm glad I did the exhaust first, aside from aero parts that I plan to do at some point. All performance parts will go unnoticed...evil grin...except for the bank account. I implore you not to sell it, the one version that makes its handful rounds on the classifieds is the DES. But thanks for the input, you just made me even more excited for headers.
