Default Leaking A/C hose

I have a very small oil leak coming from this hose (not my picture but you get it)

This is an a/c line.
Anyone had this before?
Can someone point me the part number? There are several models in the parts catalog, don't want to order the wrong one. I have an 09

HOSE, COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION, No.1. part #8871253140

One nut on top, one bolt on the bottom. Both torqued to 87 INCH lbf. Looks like there might be o-rings or washers on either end where the lines connect to each other. Maybe they come with the part or maybe the old ones are reusable?

If you shop around you can probably find a better deal than south atlanta parts.

Do not reuse refrigerant seals of any kind after they've been in the system.

It's great that you found the hose. You still need to be able to evacuate the system and charge according to Lexus specs. That requires tools the typically most people don't have. Also, if you have a leak in that hose is there something obvious that cause it? Normal wear? If it is normal wear you might want to get the rest of the system looked at to make sure you're not doing this all again within a year or two. Typically if something like a hose has trouble like that then you would want to have the rest of the system looked at while you have it open. Either way, don't just charge it up without knowing the system is tight, clean and dry, you'll just cause more problems (not saying you will).

Yeah I know. I won't do this myself.
As for a leaking hose, what would you suspect? It's not wearing on anything.

Looks to be at the crimp. I washed everything and will check exactly where it's leaking

I had this AND the culprit was that the grey plastic cap had worked its way loose!
try tightening the cap FIRST! ( I did and it solved the problem in my case)

gave me a Burnt paraffin smell when it sprayed on the engine block and wisp of steam / smoke
