Seen several people on here say their car was filled with 5 quarts like a normal IS needs instead of the 10 quarts the ISF needs, I assume this would throw some sort of warning code but I would check that first.

What Vervish said above check the air box because they might have not snapped all the retaining clips back together if they checked the condition of your air filter and the MAF is so sensitive that it might cause issues??

Was the battery disconnected? does this always happen?
If the oil level and air filter are ok then maybe the battery was disconnected and the ECU needs to re-learn your driving habits, but it shouldn't be so bad that it's shaking.
Try hammering the car a few times and see if that solves the problem, if it shakes again in anyway then I'd say get it checked out, shouldn't be shaking violently.

Check for loose connection near the MAF , Once mine was over tightened and pinched the plastic at the MAF housing letting unmetered air in and it was shaking / almost stalling at an idle, spitting / sputtering while driving on HWY , finally got a CEL and got home to find that it was only this minor air leak causing all this / after I fixed it, ran like it should

welp....twas the MAF...they said I needed a new one....that was my intuition...anyone have any suggestions on which one to buy? Which MAF sensors are compatible to a 2010 ISF?
LOL the dealer wanted $545.00 for a new MAF sensor...maybe if the owners daughter blows me too for that price lol.
will any Toyota/lexus MAF fit?

A MAF that is working doesn't suddenly go bad. Somebody messed it up. Did they inspect your air filter when they looked at it? It wouldn't take much for someone with little skill to screw up the MAF while the box is open.
