Default What's a fair price for this ISF?

I check cargurus and it says it's overpriced. What do you guys think is a fair price for this ISF? The dealer also sent me these images but it's looks super dirty and not taken care of. Imo I don't think it's worth what they are asking for.

Link doesn't work. All anything is worth is what someone is willing to pay.

What he said on value of anything. Just bought mine and I found that most in my area were at KBB excellent value or above. However, the one I actually bought was below and I felt lucky to find it. The ware on the seat back bolster is more than I normally see, probably from grabbing it while getting in/out of the vehicle. Does look a bit dirty but that can be cleaned, drive it and make sure it runs as you'd expect and have them do an inspection.

Yea, that's a lot of ware on the leather for 30k miles. There is a 2011 in Phoenix with 50k miles for $37k. Its at CarMax, they could ship it to your local CarMax.

So many Fs are enthusiast owned that I would wait on one clearly well kept vs one that isn't even cleaned up. Might not matter as much on a low mileage one you don't plan on keeping a long time.

I definitely think the car could use an overall good cleaning. The exterior looks fine from the pictures I saw on the exterior. If the car is cleaned up nicely, is CPO through Lexus with warranty, maintenance package, I think 43-44 OTD isn't a bad price for a 2012. I paid 38k for my 2010 with 39k miles, CPO/L-Cerified.

Yeah I would say if that is a 100k CPO its probably in the right ballpark for a 2012

Negotiate for KBB price plus professional cleaning of some sort. The driver's seat looks too beat up for its mileage.

My 2012 ISF was roughly 5K less than that with 26K miles and still under warranty. So I do think it's a tab bit overpriced.

Yes, overpriced. I paid $43k for my 2012 with 17k miles. I probably wouldn't pay more than $41k for this car.

Looks like the previous owner just didn't know what they had on their hands, or the car just came too easy.
