Default Replacing wheel bearing, what else should I check for

There is a thumping noise coming from my front driver side. I checked the tire and there is not bubble or damage to the tire. I had the dealership do a visual inspection and nothing came up as an issue visually.

The thumping noise gets louder and faster as the speed gets higher. The steering wheel doesn't have any vibration or veering issues so suspension is fine.

I've searched for wheel bearings and found this to be helpful as I will just buy an OEM replacement.

Seems like the dealerships tend have higher markups than what you can find online.

What is a good source to buy OEM for cheaper than the dealer is charging?

Also what else should I look for when replacing the wheel bearing?

Had a similar issue that turned out to be a loose heat shield on the lower exhaust manifolds, probably would have come up in the visual inspection but its worth a shot if you haven't checked that.
