Depending on how low you are, front will probably be ok, but it might barely rub at full clock. I have 19x9 +35 in the front with 245/35/19 lowered 1" and it is probably less than 10 mm from the fender liner at full clock. This is with PSS though, other tires would probably offer a tiny bit more leeway.
The rears you would likely need the fenders rolled. I think those might be close the offsets of the RCF rear so maybe Lou or someone with a similar setup will can chime in for you.

I'm running RCF wheels (19X9 +50 & 19X10 +41) with 255/35/19 & 295/35/19 Bridgestone S-04s. Everything's fine in the font. Your front wheels with stick out .9" further than mine. I'm pretty flush, but you should be fine.
In the rear, with your more conservative offset coupled with the ½" wider width, you rear lip should be in the same place as mine. I am rolled. I will rub over speed bumps and at speed on roads with irregular surfaces. City streets and freeways are fine. I also will rub with an adult in the back seat.
I am not lowered, nor will I ever be.

Thanks all!
Looks like I'll need to get a new set off wheels than. Question is what is the best offsets to run 255 (265) / 35/19 and 295 (305) /30/19 tires?
I was thinking to get forgestar CF5V 19x9.5 (+40 ???) and 19x11 (+60 ???):

Any other recommended wheels will be more then welcome!
P.S.
I don't want to roll fenders nor lower the car.

Im on a 19x9 et40 and 19x11 et55 and had rubbing in the rear and in front when fully turned and reversing. I had the rear rolled and shaved and the front fender liner bent just a hair and all is good. I track the car and have had zero rubbing ever at any track.
