The most important thing is to write something up on Yelp or Angie's List and let people know. I usually review places I do business with and I appreciate an honest opinion posted, especially from an ISF owner.

Agreed, I was a master tech at Volvo for a time out of college. There's almost ZERO reason to test drive after an oil change service lol. Let alone time is money in that industry. You aren't getting paid **** to do an oil service aside from a major one and sure as hell don't make a dime on test drives. I did them as little as possible, including during diag, just enough to figure out the issue and to get paid for the repair.

Coming from the Minnesota there is no WOT until the motor is ready. The dealer oil jockeys must love our cars!
